Lun

Lun is a village on the northern most tip of the island. It is one of three global locations with a large number of wild olive trees, or in Latin Olea Oleaster. Here are hidden the oldest olive trees in the world. A small fishing village ideal for an escape from stress and bustle. Lun is known for its thousand year old olive trees. Relax while walking through olive garden and discover olive trees over 1500 years old, on evenings just sit and enjoy a beautiful sunset. In the 2001., the village had a population of 337 people. Lun is accessible from Novalja by car with the main road and from Rab with the Rab - Lun passenger ferry. Main village of Lun is situated about half a mile up in the town hill. Town port area is named Tovarnele. Predominant occupation of its inhabitants in the summer months is keeping bed and breakfasts and restaurants for seasonal tourists. Additional occupation of locals is fishing, farming sheeps, grapes, chees production and various olive products.

Kolan

Kolan is a village and municipality on the island of Pag, located in the interior of the island in the valley below the peaks Gradac, Nebeska and Brizi and on the road between cities of Novalja and Pag. The local population has always been engaged in raising sheep, wine, and more recently with tourism. For its visitors Kolan has provided accommodations in apartments and rooms of family houses in which you will surely spend a comfortable stay.
